Osaka International Convention Center is a member of ICCA (International Congress & Convention Association).
Currently we will see a greater interchange of the world’s people, goods and information.  The role of Osaka as a base for International exchange and interaction will also grow increasingly important. Osaka International Convention Center (OICC; Grand Cube Osaka) opened in April 2000 as Osaka’s ‘Grand Gateway’ to the world in order to help Osaka fulfill this roll.
