For those who wish to use these and incidental facilities please fully fill out a separate Application for Use Form and turn it in at the window in the hall or send it by mail.

| We may reject use of the facilities for the following |
(1)If the application contains false information.
(2)If the applicant has, or may possibly harm or trouble other facility users.
(3)If the applicant has, or may possibly damage the hall building and/or facilities.
(4)If it is determined that the event could benefit a group that may act in a violent or wrongful manner or habitually has problems.
(5)If it is determined that the event may harm public order and/or morals in any way.
(6)If the event breaks any rule or article set out in the Regulations of the Osaka International Convention Center.
(7)If it is determined that the event will cause hindrances in the management of the hall.

Applicants will be notified upon approval for hall and incidental facility use within 14 days of receipt of application. After accepting the application, we may request the applicant to submit references regarding propose use of the facility , a planning sheet for proposed use and information about the sponsor. |
|
|

| Please refer to the "Fees for Use of Facility" and "Fees for Incidental Facilities and Parking Lot Use."

Payment for using the facilities is to be paid as follows. Fees other than those incurred by facility use will be settled after the conference/event. We will send bills to the sponsor before payment is due. Please make payment before the deadline.

If notification of approval has not been received by the user before the prescribed due date has passed, please pay the total amount due within 14 days after receiving approval.

(1) Asking for Changes or Cancellations |
If the applicant changes the date, time, facility, etc., after receiving approval, please immediately contact us and resubmit a new application for approval. In the case of cancellations, please contact us immediately and submit the written form.

| (2) Payment for Additional Fees |
Additional fees incurred due to changes are to be paid within 14 days after re-approval is issued. |
| (3) Refunds |
If the facilities are not available for use due to reasons beyond the applicant's control, such as natural disasters, the fees already paid will be refunded. Please note that for any other case, no refunds will be made for cancellations

Regarding parking fees, exemptions may be available for disabled people who are driving or using a driver.
Please show the certificate for handicapped at the window.

Applicants must submit the Facility Use Planning Sheet and reports about decoration, electricity, gas, water, telephone-line and/or other work to the hall at least 1 month before the day of the actual event, and make arrangements regarding their use.
Schedules for buses to pick up and take out visitors should be made taking into account the traffic conditions on surrounding roads and passenger safety. Please discuss this issue sufficiently with the hall beforehand. Additionally, please allocate security guards and guides for the surrounding roads. |

If the applicant needs to report to related government offices for receiving permission for some issues while using the facility, please submit a copy of such reports and/or their approval to the hall at least 14 days before the event.

The hall prepares the forms submitted to the fire station.
Please talk to the district health center for the forms submitted to them.

| Users must obey the following: |
|
(1)Please obey the matters listed in the Osaka International Convention Center Regulations, its enforcement regulations and guidance for use. Please follow the contents of the approved application and hold the event in a responsible manner. |
|
(2)Please take care of the items involving necessary procedures with related government offices, including fire prevention management, for the event. |
|
(3)Users are responsible for management, maintaining public order, controlling and leading visitors, and the prevention of theft and accidents. |
|
(4)Any accidents that occur while using the facility (including during preparation and clean-up), even if not caused by the user but by one of their patrons or visitors, are considered the full responsibility of the user. Please give full attention to preventing accidents. |
|
(5)The user must take security measures for events that are expected to have a lot of visitors. However, please discuss security enforcement methods with the hall in advance. |
|
(6)Please check the exits, evacuation methods and locations of fire extinguishers for unexpected disasters and/or accidents beforehand. |
|
(7)After the event's completion or if approval for use is withdrawn, please immediately restore the site to its original condition. |
|
(8)Please note that our staff members may come to the event site when needed for management and operation of the facility. |
|
|
|
|

|
(1) If buildings, equipment and fixtures inside or outside of the facilities become dirty, damaged or lost, please contact the hall immediately. If the user (including their patrons and participants) caused the damage, the user must compensate for it. |
|
(2) Please note that the hall will not take responsibility or compensate for accidents, including the theft of the user's properties from the facility, or the theft and damage of exhibits during the conference/event's run or in its preparation/clean-up period. |
|
(3) The user must take out adequate indemnity insurance prior to the event. The hall acts as an agent for various types of insurances. Please feel free to inquire.
|
|
|

| (1) Please do not smoke, except in designated smoking areas. |
| (2) The use of fire or the bringing in of dangerous materials for the event without prior consent from the hall is prohibited. |
| (3) Do not collect contributions, sell goods, advertise products/events or do other similar acts without prior consent from the hall. |
| (4) ) When sketching or filming the hall, please receive prior consent. However, note that if such act is deemed to harm the management or operation of the hall, permission may be denied.

The hall has a food and beverage agreement with the Royal Hotel. It conducts food and drink concessions in the 12th floor restaurant, the cafeteria and counter on the 5th floor, and the tearoom on the 2nd floor. Additionally, there are catering services for receptions (formal dinner, buffet), and boxed food and beverage catering available for Event Hall, the conference rooms and Conference Hall.

There is a business center on the 11th floor. The center offers support services for event and conference sponsors from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on days the hall is open (from January 4 to December 28).
