General Information Guide
We have established a reception counter near the main entrance on the 1st floor. Please utilize it. (9:00 ～ 18:00)

※ AED is treatment equipment, which returns the heart of a person suffering from ventricular fibrillation back to its normal rhythm by resuscitating it through electric shock.
In the Osaka International Convention Center, AEDs are equipped on the side of the B elevator hall on floors 3, 5, and 12.
Impediments Removal
Our facilities are fully compliant with the Heart Building Law.
- Wheelchair designated parking space
- There is an attendant at the parking entrance on the side of Nakanoshima street (vehicle height limit 2.1 m).Please inform him of the wheelchair use.
The parking fee in case of disabled drivers or passengers may be reduced. Please present your physical disability certificate at the reception or to the parking attendant. - Ostomate toilets
- Ostomate toilets (for people with colostomy / artificial bladder retention) are available inside of the main hall on the 6th floor and on the 11th floor.
Coin lockers
Coin lockers are available on floors 3, 5, and 10.
※ The lockers cannot be used overnight.
Chargers

Floors 1, 2, 5, and 10 ※ They can also be used for some digital cameras.
Internet Service
※ Please speak to the person in charge prior to use. (Additional charges apply.）
- Information Outlet (triple line)・LAN environment (Gigabit Ethernet)
- All conference rooms and waiting rooms are equipped with information outlets (triple line).LAN internet connection is available in the building. (Gigabit Ethernet) Connecting each section venue and the server, it is useful for title progress and other similar support.
- Optical communication lines & provider
- Internet connection is available through optical communication lines delivered by NTT West FLET'S Hikari Premium (Enterprise Best Effort 1Gbps) from the provider OCN.
- High-speed wireless internet
- "FLET'S SPOT" "HOT SPOT" "Ｍzone" can each be used in the 2nd floor tearoom and the 5th floor cafeteria.
※ "HOT SPOT" can be used 24 hours long. The "1 DAY PASSPORT" can be purchased at the 11th floor Business Center (Prepaid Card 1 ID: 500 yen).
Smoking area
All places except for the designated smoking area are non-smoking areas. Please smoke at the smoking corner in the 1st floor plaza.
※ There are no cigarettes vending machines in the building.
