Regarding application for venue use

How can we make a reservation?
Please confirm the venue availability by telephone.

Please tell us more about the time periods for use.

※ Conference rooms can be hired for any 3-hour periods. (However, time extension is not possible.)
※ 1-hour extension is possible for each category. (Except for 3-hour use.)
    Please inquire further for use prior to 9 AM and after 21 PM.
※ 「There are two basic types of use - conference use and Entertainment/Exhibition Usage with the different fees for each type.
  Please refer to the "Facilities Use Price List" for details.
Is it possible to use the facilities early in the morning or late at night?
In case of need for time extension, please make a request to our representatives beforehand.
Until what date do the facilities usage fees have to be paid?
We request you to pay the facilities usage fees in advance as described below. All users will receive an invoice prior to the payment deadline, so please make the required payments in a timely manner after that.

Regarding the range of jobs the Conference Centers does and bringing in equipment

Is venue management provided?
The initial layout for every day is managed by the Convention Center. Please ask further for layout changes during the course of the day. (Additional charges apply.)
※ In case of events such as exhibitions and performances, we ask the organizers to manage themselves.
Will you provide operating staff for the sound / lightning/ and video equipment?
If necessary, we can introduce the appropriate technical staff. (Additional charges apply.)
Is it possible to bring in equipment? Is bringing in equipment charged for?
Please ask your sales representative.

Regarding advance meetings

Please tell us the details of the advance meeting. Is there something we should prepare for you?
  • The event's Conference information / Implementation guidelines / Scenario progress, etc.
  • Layout drawings of the conference room / stage / foyer, etc.
  • Usage plan for additional facilities such as sound / lightning/ and video equipment
  • Confirmation of electricity / telecommunications / internet, etc.
  • Loading and unloading plan / time schedule
  • Regarding signboards and decorations
  • Regarding Food & Beverage Catering plan
  • egarding arrangement and deployment of security and cleaning staff, etc.
※ Please consult with us as early as possible in case of attractions such as musical performances and dances, productions, which cause loud sounds and vibrations, or use of special equipment (fire, smoke, etc.).

Regarding parking for vehicles and bicycles

Please tell us about the usage fees and business hours of the parking area.

※ Please note that the parking area's business hours cannot be extended, even if the facilities usage time is extended.
Are parking discounts available?
The parking fee in case of disabled drivers or passengers may be reduced. Please present your physical disability certificate at the counter in such cases.
Could it be arranged for the event organizers to bear the parking fees of the visitors?
Please ask your sales representative.
Is parking available for buses?
No. (Please ask your sales representative for dropping and picking up of passengers at the 1st floor plaza.)
Where should bicycles be parked?
Please utilize the bicycles parking area.

Regarding loading and unloading

Where is loading and unloading carried out?
Please utilize the "Loading and Unloading Pathway"
  • Pre-registration is required for vehicles loading and unloading. For more information, please contact your sales representative.
  • Keeping vehicles in the loading area is not allowed. Instead please leave the building premises or move to the regular vehicles parking area.
  • The height limit of the loading and unloading exit is 3.7m, so please take extra care.
What things should one be aware of when carrying out loading and unloading?
  • The organizer is supposed to appoint managing personnel and be present even in case a related company is carryout out the job.
  • Please make efforts to preserve silence as much as possible during transportation and take care not to create damage to the walls and floors of the premises.
  • Protective coating is required in case of loading and unloading of heavy materials and set locations. Please carry out advanced meetings regarding the protective coating method, floor load limit, and pathways.
  • Vehicles without the "Compatible Vehicle Mark" issued by Osaka Prefecture are not allowed entrance.

Regarding food and beverages

Is it possible to bring in food and beverages?
Bringing in food and beverages is not allowed. Please use the Convention Center's restaurants or the designated Catering Service.
Is a kitchen available?
In case a kitchen is necessary, please ask your sales representative in advance.

Regarding communication equipment

Is there access to the Internet?

※ Connecting each section venue and the server, it is useful for title progress and other similar support.

The lines are set up to be always available for use. Please use them for exhibition booths, seminars, conference rooms, etc. (Extra charges apply)

"FLET'S SPOT" / "HOT SPOT" / "Mzone" can each be used in the 2nd floor tea room
and the 5th floor cafeteria.

Regarding the Convention Center's facilities and equipment

Are waiting rooms available?
  • Waiting rooms for organizers are available on the 4th, 5th, 10th, and 12th floors.
  • Furthermore, a dressing room is available for the performers in the events of the 6th floor Main Hall.

Are wheelchairs available for lease?
Yes, but the number is limited.

Regarding services within the Convention Center

Are copying and faxing services available?
Yes, they are available in the Business Center on the 11th floor.
Is the creation of posters, brochures and business cards available?
1Yes, this service is available in the Business Center on the 11th floor.。
Are there a post office and ATMs?
Not within the building premises, but our staff will gladly guide you to the nearest post office.

Regarding garbage disposal

What should we do with the garbage after the end of the event?
Garbage disposal is offered at additional charge.

Regarding the facilities

Where can I find general information?
An information counter is available next to the 1st floor main entrance.
It seems that I have lost/forgotten something in the building.
Please contact us.
Is smoking allowed within the Building?
The whole Convention Center is a non-smoking area.
1For smoking please use the smoking corner next to the 1st floor Plaza Stage. Please understand that smoking is not allowed inside of the conference rooms and waiting rooms.
Please tell us about the impediments removal facilities.
All facilities are equipped with elevators, slopes, toilets, seating space, vending machines, and parking space for people in wheelchairs.
